The Condo has good spaces, good height and a lot of light enters through the windows. Leather livingroom and they are very comfortable, Kitchen equipped to cook with a large refrigerator. Clothes washer and dryer in the apartment.

Snack Bar is open from 11 am to 6 pm. They have a fairly large and healthy menu for all ages. The margaritas and coctails are amazing. The building has Valet Parking at no additional cost, just leave your car and they park it in their designated drawer.
You also have a parking lot plus all the amenities that the building has. Take advantage of them! You will see that it is incredible to stay in a place with so many amenities, the best views and sunsets, especially in autumn and winter. Everything is very close so you can go on foot, scooter or bicycle. The area has special roads for biking.
